  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 12 ounce bag baby spinach
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup milk

Directions

  1. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the garlic and baby spinach. Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes, until spinach is wilted.
  3. Mix in salt and pepper. Remove from heat and transfer to a medium bowl.
  4. Melt cream cheese into milk over low heat. Add to spinach.
  5. Add parmesan and mozzarella cheese into the bowl with the spinach mixture.
  6. Transfer mixture to a medium baking dish.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
