  • 1.5 oz. Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • 3 Tbs. Garlic – Minced
  • 2 Tbs. Parmesan – Grated
  • ½ Fresh Lemon – Juiced
  • ½ tsp. Onion Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Black Pepper
  • A Few Sprigs Fresh Parsley

Directions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, Parmesan, lemon juice, onion powder, garlic salt, black pepper, and parsley in a food processor. Pulse until well blended and creamy. Alternatively, this may be done in a blender.
