Ingredients

- 1/2 or 2/3 loaf bread
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 diced onion
- 4 ounce(s) (1 can) mushroom stems
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup(s) water
- 1 dash(s) pepper
- 3 stalks diced celery
- 2 tablespoon(s) diced green pepper
Directions
- Toast bread, set aside. Saute margarine, onion, celery, green pepper for about 7 minutes. Add mushroom stems (with juice, don't drain).
- Cube the bread, and mix it with the vegetables and margarine mixture.
- Add 3 beaten eggs and the mushroom soup. If mixture isn't moist, add the water. Finish it off with a dash of pepper.
- If there's extra stuffing after stuffing the turkey, bake in a casserole dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
