Smoked Salmon Quiche With Dill

  • 4-8 ounces Monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 green onion or chives, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill or 2 teaspoons fresh dill
  • Dash pepper

  1. Arrange the cheese, salmon and green onions in a greased pie plate. Beat the eggs, cream and seasonings; pour into the plate. Bake at 350ยบ 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
