Salmon Patties (Diane Wyner)

Ingredients

  • 1 can red salmon
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 3 beaten eggs

Directions

  1. Drain can of salmon and put in bowl. Split salmon and take out bones and some skin. Flake salmon. Add bread crumbs, onion, eggs and salt and pepper. Mix well. Form into patties.
  2. Add oil to bottom of pan and fry them on medium temperature. Cook 2 minutes each side. Drain on paper towel.
