- 3-4 bone-in thick-cut pork chops
- 2-3 Honey Crisp apples, diced
- ½ sweet onion, diced
- 1 stick of butter, divided
- 2 teaspoons Blackstone All Purpose seasoning
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup white sugar
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
Directions
- Preheat the griddle to low heat.
- Dice the onions and apples.
- Melt about a tablespoon of butter on the griddle. Add the diced apples and onions with a pinch of salt. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring every 1 to 1½ minutes.
- Season the pork chops with Blackstone All Purpose seasoning.
- Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the center of the griddle and place the seasoned side of the pork chops down onto the oil. Season the other side of the chops.
- Flip the pork chops every 2-3 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 140°F.
- Finish the chutney by adding the brown sugar, white sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon sugar, and vinegar to the apple and onion mixture. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, then remove from the griddle.
- Remove the pork chops from the griddle, serve with the warm apple chutney, and enjoy!
