Scale
  • 3-4 bone-in thick-cut pork chops
  • 2-3 Honey Crisp apples, diced
  • ½ sweet onion, diced
  • 1 stick of butter, divided
  • 2 teaspoons Blackstone All Purpose seasoning
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

Directions

  1. Preheat the griddle to low heat.
  2. Dice the onions and apples.
  3. Melt about a tablespoon of butter on the griddle. Add the diced apples and onions with a pinch of salt. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring every 1 to 1½ minutes.

  5. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the center of the griddle and place the seasoned side of the pork chops down onto the oil. Season the other side of the chops.
  6. Flip the pork chops every 2-3 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 140°F.
