
Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 4 Cups milk
- 2 Cups flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons margarine
Directions
- Mix the eggs and half of the milk in a bowl. Add the flour and salt (slowly, avoid lumps). Mix until it's smooth. Add the rest of the milk, and the melted margarin.
- Use approximately 1/2 cup of the mix per pancake, in a frying pan.
