  • 4 eggs
  • 4 Cups milk
  • 2 Cups flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons margarine

Directions

  1. Mix the eggs and half of the milk in a bowl. Add the flour and salt (slowly, avoid lumps). Mix until it's smooth. Add the rest of the milk, and the melted margarin.
  2. Use approximately 1/2 cup of the mix per pancake, in a frying pan.
