- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's)
- 2 (9-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 (6-count) pkg hard-cooked eggs, cut into wedges
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ¾ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing (such as Bolthouse Farms)
Notes
Added bacon and it was really good. 1/2ed recipe for me and Leif. Note: Add diced celery and grape tomatoes, if on hand.

Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Rub chicken with oil. Grill chicken, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until done. Cut crosswise into strips, and toss with wing sauce.
- Place lettuce on a platter; arrange chicken, eggs, cheese, and carrots over lettuce. Drizzle with dressing.
