Gorgonzola Cream Sauce

  • 4 C heavy cream
  • 4 oz gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 3 T freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 T fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 1/2 t Meat Church Holy Cow

Directions

  1. Prepare the sauce
  2. Bring the heavy cream to a boil in a large pot. Reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 40 minutes stirring occasionally or until it thickens to your liking.
  3. Add the gorgonzola, parmesan, parsley and Holy Cow. Stir to incorporate and melt.
  4. It is best served immediately. If you need to hold it, keep it on low.
  5. Enjoy!
