- 1 - 12oz. Container of Marinated Fresh Mozzarella Balls
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/4 Cup of Heavy Cream
- 1/4 Cup Panko
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese - Grated
- 1 Cup Crushed Pork Rinds
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Oregano
- 1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- Olive Oil

This entire batch is only 10 net grams of carbs. I served it with a roasted garlic marinara sauce which was 6 grams of carbs for 1/2 cup.
Directions
- Heat about 1 inch of olive oil over medium-high to high heat. (I use a non-stick wok for frying.
- The high sides reduce splatter and it makes for easy clean up
- Combine heavy cream and egg and fork whisk
- Mix panko, pork rinds, parmesan cheese, and all of your seasonings. - This will be your breading
- Roll each ball in the breading, dredge in the egg wash, and roll in the breading again.
- Fry in the oil, turning until they are golden brown. This will happen very fast. It is important to use a high heat to flash fry the breading without melting the cheese.
