- 4 Pound(s) chuck ribs
- 3 Tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 4 Pinch(s) grill mix
- 4 Tablespoon(s) butter
- 2 Tablespoon(s) water
Directions
- Brush the ribs with soya sauce, and spice with the grill mix (add salt and/or pepper if needed). Butter the pan well, and add a bit water for basting.
- Grill in the oven at 350 degrees, for 60-90 minutes, baste frequently.
- Optional:
- Make a marinade using the soy sauce, salt, pepper, cinnammon and a dark beer (guinness).
