Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 oz crisp white wine, such as Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1 oz Tito’s vodka
  • ½ oz Stoli Vanilla vodka
  • oz apple purée
  • ¼–½ oz caramel syrup
  • 1–2 oz club soda
  • Ice
  • Optional: apple slices and a caramel drizzle

Directions

  1. Shake the wine, both vodkas, apple purée, and caramel syrup briefly with ice. Pour everything into a wine glass, then top with club soda and stir.
  2. How to adjust it:
  3. Use ¼ oz caramel first. Caramel can take over very quickly, and the drink should taste like apple sangria with caramel—not liquid caramel.
  4. For the apple purée, you can blend:
  5. ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  6. 1–2 tablespoons apple juice or cider
  7. That should give you a smoother, pourable texture.
