  • 2 Medium Rutabagas – Cleaned and peeled
  • 4 Tbs. Butter
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 2 Green Onions – Chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Clean and peel rutabagas and slice into wedges.
  3. Melt butter and mix in salt, onion powder, and black pepper. Coat rutabaga wedges liberally with seasoned, melted butter.
  4. Line wedges in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, toss with buffalo wings sauce, place back in oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Plate and drizzle with blue cheese dressing. Top with chopped green onion. SERVE AND ENJOY!
