- 1 Can(s) pickled beets
- 2 apple
- 1 onion
- 2/5 Cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon(s) mustard
- 2/5 Cup(s) sour cream
- 1 Pinch(s) salt
- 1 Pinch(s) pepper
Directions
- Mince the onion, chop the beets and apple into small "cubes" (very small). Mix mayo, creme fraiche (or sour cream) and mustard (french mustard is best). Mix in the apples, beets and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste.
