- 1 ½ lb. Brussels Sprouts
- 6 Slices Thick Cut Maple Bacon – Chopped
- 3 oz. Onion – Diced
- 2 Large Cloves Garlic – Minced
- 2 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbs. Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper – To Taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375° Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellowing leaves. Cut Brussels sprouts in half.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, bacon, onion, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss until all sprouts are coated and ingredients are well mixed.
- Pour mixture onto baking sheet and spread in a single layer. Bake for 30 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes.
