- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a 2-quart baking dish with vegetable oil spray.
- Place the shrimp in the baking dish and drizzle with the lemon juice.
- Combine all remaining ingredients and evenly top the shrimp with the mixture.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the coated shrimp start to brown. Serve garnished with lemon wedges, if desired.
