- 2 cups Asparagus (trimmed)
- 1/2 tsp Avocado Oil
- Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
- 1 1/2 tbsps Parmigiano Reggiano (finely grated)
- 1/4 tsp Lemon Zest
Directions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF (205ºC).
- In a bowl, combine the asparagus, oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Place the asparagus in the air fryer basket. Arrange in an even layer and bake for six to seven minutes or until fork tender and cooked through.
- Transfer the asparagus to a plate and top with parmesan and lemon zest. Enjoy!
