3 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
12 ounce bag baby spinach
salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
½ cup milk
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in the garlic and baby spinach. Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes, until spinach is wilted.
Mix in salt and pepper. Remove from heat and transfer to a medium bowl.
Melt cream cheese into milk over low heat. Add to spinach.
Add parmesan and mozzarella cheese into the bowl with the spinach mixture.
Transfer mixture to a medium baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
