Sun-dried Tomato, Garlic Dip



¾ cup Mayonnaise - (or you can make your own)

1.5 oz. Sun-Dried Tomatoes

3 Tbs. Garlic – Minced

2 Tbs. Parmesan – Grated

½ Fresh Lemon – Juiced

½ tsp. Onion Powder

¼ tsp. Garlic Salt

¼ tsp. Black Pepper

A Few Sprigs Fresh Parsley


Combine mayonnaise, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, Parmesan, lemon juice, onion powder, garlic salt, black pepper, and parsley in a food processor.  Pulse until well blended and creamy.  Alternatively, this may be done in a blender.
