Spiced Bagels

4 tbsp of ground up pork rinds

3 eggs, separated.

2 tbsp butter, melted.

1/2 tsp cream of tartar

2 tbsp cream cheese, softened.

1/2 tsp of spice of your liking.

½ tsp baking soda


Preheat oven to 300 F, and grease a donut pan.
Separate egg whites from yolks, and place whites in a mixing bowl, and yolks in another bowl.
Add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
Then beat egg yolks in different mixing bowl and add: cream cheese, melted butter, pork rind dust, spice, and baking soda. Beat egg yolk mixture until thoroughly combined.
Fold egg yolk mixture into egg white mixture until combined (should still be a light, fluffed texture).
Pour mixture into bagel pan, and spread around.
Bake for 25 minutes or until tops are browning.
Store in covered container or zipped baggie in fridge. Can be reheated.
