Smoked Salmon Quiche With Dill

Ingredients

4 ounce package smoked salmon

4-8 ounces Monterey jack cheese, shredded

1 green onion or chives, chopped

3 eggs

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 teaspoon dried dill or 2 teaspoons fresh dill

Dash pepper

Directions

Arrange the cheese, salmon and green onions in a greased pie plate. Beat the eggs, cream and seasonings; pour into the plate. Bake at 350ยบ 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
