4 eggs
4 Cup(s) milk
2 Cup(s) flour
1/2 Teaspoon(s) salt
1 1/2 Tablespoon(s) margarine
Mix the eggs and half of the milk in a bowl. Add the flour and salt (slowly, avoid lumps). Mix until it's smooth. Add the rest of the milk, and the melted margarin.
Use approximately 1/2 cup of the mix per pancake, in a frying pan.
