6 TBS butter

1/4 tsp stevia glycerite (or to desired sweetness)

1 tsp vanilla

1 oz unsweetened baking chocolate

1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt


Melt butter over low heat. Stir in coloring, sweetener and salt until completely melted. Allow to cool to room temperature before drizzling over ice cream.
