6 large potatoes
1 Teaspoon(s) salt
1 Dash(s) pepper
4 Tablespoon(s) bread crumbs
2 Quart(s) whipping cream
4 Tablespoon(s) butter
Cut the potatoes into french fries (not too thick), and cut the onion into thin rings. Butter the pan (pyrex is good), and place a thick layer of potatoe sticks. Add a layer of onion, and the anjovis (must be swedish anjovis, not in oil) as well as the sauce from the can.
Add the rest of the potatios, and fill then pan about half way up with heavy whipping cream. On top, put the butter and spread the bread crumbs over the top layer. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
Bake in over at 350 degrees, for 45-60 minutes.
