1/2 bunch kale
2 celery sticks
Handful of parsley
1 green apple
Juice from 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons avocado or olive oil
3/4 cup aloe vera juice (optional)
1 teaspoon spirulina powder (optional)
Dash of stevia
2 cups Ice and enough filtered water to facilitate blending
1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
2. Taste and add more stevia to desired sweetness. Store leftovers in the fridge for 24 hours.
Kind of grew on me, but I was still pretty hungry after drinking it.
