1 sheet, defrosted puff pastry
1 6-8 oz block of gouda cheese
1 Tablespoon(s) honey mustard
Beat egg with 1 tablespoon water and set aside.
Roll pastry to 14" square (use flour on bottom and on rolling pin if necessary if pastry is sticking). Brush with egg wash. Place cheese in center of pastry. Spread honey mustard over cheese and spread a little on the center of the pastry. Fold sides over cheese (fold corners a little, then new corners to make an octagon), and brush with egg wash. Place on cookie sheet and back at 400 until golden (about 20-25 minutes).
