Cheddar Cheese Sauce



2 tbsp cream cheese

2 tbsp sour cream

1/2 cup to 3/4 cup shredded cheddar

Salt & Pepper to taste


1. Melt the cream cheese in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the sour cream until mixture is creamy. 
2. Add cheddar and stir again, until creamy. If this mixture is too thick, more sour cream or some heavy cream can be added.


Seriously. That’s it. And it tastes like macaroni and cheese, even on BROCCOLI!  

Note: This can also be done in the microwave, by putting the cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl and microwaving in 15-second increments until melted. Even if it looks “broken” or separated, it’ll still take the cheese fine and come out smooth at the end.
