Alfredo Sauce



2 Ounce(s) butter

1 Cup(s) heavy cream

1 egg yolk

1 Cup(s) parmesan cheese

1 Dash(s) pepper

1 Dash(s) salt


Melt the butter in a pan on low heat. Add heavy cream, heat it up, and add half to two thirds of the cheese while whisking the ingredients. Place drained pasta into a bowl. Mix the egg yolk with the sauce, mix, and then pour quickly over the pasta, toss. Add the rest of the cheese and black pepper to taste.
